Move, Breathe & Create Workshop

Join us for a half day wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect and refill your cup.

Move, Breathe & Create brings together Pilates, Breathwork and a relaxed mug glazing session. You will start with a Pilates class with Renae Blackmore, move into a Breathwork session with Michelle Rose from Breathe for Bliss, and finish by glazing your own mug with Jordyn from Rosey Ceramics.

There will be snacks and drinks throughout, and plenty of space to take your time and enjoy it. Your finished mug will be glazed and fired after the workshop, then sent to you to use and enjoy at home.

Where - The Sawmill, Erina NSW (exact address will be sent to ticket holders closer to the date)
